Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Program Schedule Analyst to support scheduling, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple programs. You will work with the program management team to create and execute the integrated master plan and ensure alignment with cost objectives.

The role requires experience with Microsoft Project, earned value concepts, and strong MS Office skills. This is a remote US-based position with opportunities to collaborate across functions and programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or higher with relevant program scheduling experience.
• Experience with earned value concepts and project controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling activities on multiple programs.
• Monitor performance against plans to meet cost and schedule objectives.
• Apply earned value management practices and scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with Finance, Engineering, and others to align plans.
• Develop integrated master plan and schedule with senior specialists.
• Identify critical paths and resolve network logic conflicts.
