Job summary

ASML US, LP is seeking a Senior Scientist for EUV Research to advance high-power EUV light source technologies. The role focuses on laser-produced plasma generation, metrology, and experiment design in a dynamic development setting.

The candidate will lead architecture for droplet generation, build testing capabilities, and drive knowledge transfer to product teams, bridging modeling with experiments to push next-generation EUV performance.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in materials/engineering/physics with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with metrology, data analysis, and experimental design.
• Strong matrix leadership and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide development of high-level architecture for droplet generation in EUV source.
• Lead design of droplet generation hardware and metrology/test capabilities up to thousands of Kbar.
• Develop experimental designs to meet performance targets and roadmaps.
• Document knowledge to engineering and product teams and enable product improvements.
• Perform system and subsystem tests and analyze results for actionable insights.
