Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior EUV Equipment Engineer to lead the performance and reliability of EUV lithography systems. You will collaborate across manufacturing, process engineering, facilities, and suppliers to optimize equipment, drive improvements, and sustain operational excellence.

You will apply data analytics and AI-enabled monitoring to predictive maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and deliver measurable improvements in uptime and imaging performance while partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field as listed.
• 3+ years in semiconductor equipment/engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, reliability, and productivity of EUV lithography systems.
• Lead installations, upgrades, qualifications, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum, optical, automation, and software issues with suppliers.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce defects.
• Leverage AI analytics for predictive maintenance and optimization.
• Communicate findings to engineering, manufacturing and management teams.
• Support shift rotations and varying schedules.
