• 7+ years with endpoint modernization (Intune, Windows 11, DaaS).

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the KMBS US Service Desk, including Tier 1 support operations.
• Drive SLA compliance, first-call resolution, and end-user satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee daily desktop support operations, ticket/queue management, and reporting.
• Coordinate endpoint modernization initiatives across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with security, infrastructure, and finance teams.
