Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Senior Systems/Desktop Engineer to lead the global EUC environment, specializing in SCCM and Intune. You will design, implement, and operate endpoint management for thousands of endpoint devices in a large enterprise.

The role requires advanced SCCM/Intune expertise, Windows AD/GP proficiency, and PowerShell automation. Collaboration with Helpdesk, IT infrastructure, and security teams is essential for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Systems or Desktop Engineering with endpoint management focus.
• Expert-level SCCM experience (Current Branch).
• Significant Intune experience including device enrollment and policies.
• Windows OS, AD and GP proficiency.
• PowerShell automation and administration.
• Endpoint security, patching and encryption knowledge.
• OSD/imaging/migration with SCCM/Intune Autopilot.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, administration and maintenance of SCCM and Intune platforms.
• Manage SCCM: packaging/deployment, updates, OSD and configuration.
• Design Intune MDM/MAM policies and endpoint security.
• Advance transition to modern endpoint management with Autopilot/Co-management.
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint issues.
• Create PowerShell automation for deployments and reporting.
• Set standards for endpoint builds and software distribution.
• Collaborate with security to enforce policies and remediation.
• Monitor health, performance and compliance of endpoints.
• Mentor junior staff and document processes for runbooks.
• Gather requirements and report project status to IT leadership.
