Job summary

Gotham Technology Group seeks an experienced Lead EUC Engineer in New York to own the design, delivery, and lifecycle of core M365 services such as SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive. You will shape policy, governance, and automation, partnering with InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, and application teams to ensure enterprise readiness.

You will drive end-to-end projects, mentor service desk and operations staff, and stay aligned with evolving Microsoft ecosystem best practices, including

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on EUC engineering experience
Deep expertise in M365 core services (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive)
Proficiency in PowerShell and automation via Microsoft Graph
Experience owning solution design and delivering complex projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

Own design, delivery, and lifecycle of core M365 collaboration services.
Design and maintain access and data controls across Entra ID and Purview.
Build automation with PowerShell and Graph to drive policy deployment and remediation.
Lead projects end to end as the accountable owner across teams.
Mentor service desk and operations teams.
