Job summary

SES Satellites is seeking a Senior Agent for Global EUC based in McLean, VA. This role involves providing support for IT services and applications within SES, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in ICT or similar, experience with ITSM tools, and strong problem-solving skills. You will also need to be customer-oriented and able to communicate technical issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of applicable work experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of escalation for the End User Computing team.
• Perform as a Problem Analyst in the SES Problem Management process.
• Provide support for technical areas like computers, printers, and software.
