Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to maintain and secure our enterprise IT environment. You will manage endpoints, VDI, and end-user systems across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, deploying software and ensuring security policies are applied.

The role includes scripting, automation, and collaboration with global teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, a BA/BS in a related field, and expertise in Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Intune, and

Qualifications

BA/BS in IT or CS or related field preferred.
8+ years progressive experience in IT or related field.
5+ years of system administration experience.
Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and drivers.

Responsibilities

Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoint configurations and policies for all platforms to meet security benchmarks.
Create and maintain software deployment packages for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
Administer virtual desktop environment and supporting infrastructure, including maintenance and patching.
Document procedures for administrators, Service Desk, and end users.
Assist in patching enterprise end-user devices with OS and applications.
Define hardware standards and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues.
Work with Global Service Desk to improve processes and efficiency.
Provide on-call support and participate in project tasks.
