Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Officer to guide the hospital’s Ethics and Compliance Program and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

You will advise executive leadership and lead audits and investigations, while implementing the Code of Conduct and related policies. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required; a Master’s is preferred, with 3-5 years in corporate compliance and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in clinical health care, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to hospitals and healthcare entities on the corporate-wide compliance program, policies and procedures.
• Lead the hospital’s Ethics and Compliance Program (E&C Program) and oversee all ethics and compliance responsibilities.
• Advise executive leadership, directors, and staff on ethics and compliance concerns.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance and conduct investigations from Ethics Line calls.
