HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Officer to lead the communication, integration, and monitoring of the facility's ethics and compliance program and policies. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and promotes a culture of integrity across the hospital.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of director-level leadership experience and at least 3+ years in healthcare regulatory compliance, with a bachelor's or master's degree.
