Job summary

HCA Florida Aventura Hospital seeks an experienced leader to oversee the ethics and compliance program across the facility. This role coordinates policy communication, monitoring, and enforcement to ensure regulatory alignment and patient safety.

The candidate should have advanced education in health compliance, a track record of directing regulatory initiatives, and the ability to partner with clinical and administrative teams to reduce risk and promote a culture of integrity within our Gulf

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Director level leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance in healthcare system or facility.
