You will shape release direction through research and monitoring of enhancements, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines. A strong analytical mindset with 5+ years ETF experience and solid Excel/SQL skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• ETF Expertise: hands‑on experience with ETF operations or supporting ETF operations teams
• Technical Proficiency: Excel and Office Suite; SQL is a strong advantage
• Analytical Thinking: ability to work with large datasets and apply logical systems thinking
• Project Management: testing processes and agile methodologies
• Communication & Collaboration: excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for ETF technology applications
• Lead product release planning, including research, analysis, and implementation
• Analyze system data to identify solutions and future enhancements
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements
