Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of practical experience in portfolio management activities.
• Working knowledge of ETF products and ETF ecosystem recommended but not necessary
• Experience in programming languages (Python) is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETF portfolios, including portfolio rebalancing and cash management.
• Collaborate with ETF market makers to manage creations/redemptions and deliver tax-efficient outcomes.
• Contribute to research and development of new ETF products and strategies, enhancements to existing products, and industry analyses.
• Support the broader division with data analysis and project work.
