Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specs.
• Track market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
• Prepare and submit complete bid proposals.
• Identify and mitigate project/estimating risks.
• Mentor and develop other estimators on the team.
