Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing bids, proposals, and supporting documentation.

Junior Construction Estimator – Commercial Restoration

An established Florida General Contractor with more than 30 years of experience is hiring a Junior Construction Estimator for concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, and commercial interior and exterior painting projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a recent engineering, construction management, or architecture graduate—or an early-career construction professional—with strong technical, analytical, and computer skills. Previous estimating experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to someone with the right foundation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
