Job summary

Integrorc in Florida is seeking a Junior Construction Estimator for concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing and commercial interior/exterior painting. This on-site, full-time role supports the estimating team and project managers through takeoffs and cost analysis.

Ideal for a recent engineering, construction management, or architecture graduate with solid technical and computer skills; training will be provided. High attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture preferred.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and office software.
• Willingness to learn estimating processes.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, specifications, bid invitations, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimates.
• Calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and organize pricing from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with preparing bids, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Track bid deadlines, addenda, revisions, and project information.
• Coordinate with estimators and project managers during project handoff.
• Maintain accurate and organized estimating records.
