Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and bids.
• Analyze project information to determine budgets and schedules.
• Collect and manage contract data for billing and compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports with cost breakdowns.
• Meet with customers within 24 hours of leads.
• Identify and pursue sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage projects from bidding through closeout and billing.
• Prepare and submit bids and quotes for various projects.
