Pave America is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our Indianapolis team. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing project information to accurately estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and competitive bids.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, analyze key performance reports, and optimize field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while complying with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must work within multiple computer systems.
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the cost of new asphalt and concrete projects and repairs for roadways and driveways.
• Prepare and submit bids with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Generate quotes for various customers including property managers and commercial clients.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to schedule work and manage change orders.
• Provide detailed reports on project costs and financial performance.
