Marek is seeking an Estimator-Project Manager to drive business development, bidding, and delivery of commercial construction projects. The role requires building strong customer relationships, accurate estimating, and coordinating with the General Contractor and Owner to align with the project vision.

Responsibilities span pursuing opportunities, preparing competitive bids, managing pre-job planning, and ensuring profitability through effective cost and schedule control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years in commercial/residential construction with estimating and project management focus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue target customers and projects aligned with Marek goals.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Prepare and present bids; coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan pre-job activities with field leadership to resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues.
• Ensure timely billing, cost control, and profitability throughout projects.
