Job summary

Marek is seeking an experienced Estimator-Project Manager to lead commercial construction bids and manage projects in alignment with the Owner’s vision. The role builds strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the project team, driving profitability and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will coordinate with field leadership, summarize value, and negotiate scope with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer outcomes and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in commercial or residential construction selling, estimating and managing projects.
• Proven track record developing new customers and selling projects to both new and existing customers.
• Experience using estimating, scheduling, and project management software like TrueBuilt, Quick Bid, BlueBeam, PlanGrid.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies and pursues target customers and projects in alignment with Marek goals.
• Maintains close relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Develops insights into customers’ business plans and opportunities for win-win outcomes.
• Reviews project plans, drawings, specs and schedules to inform bids and cost.
• Manages cost, schedule and resources to ensure profitable project delivery.
• Delivers complete and well-informed customer presentations.
