Job summary

Marek is seeking an Estimator-Project Manager to lead commercial construction bids and manage projects from scope through closeout. You will build strong client relationships, secure profitable opportunities, and coordinate with the General Contractor and Owner to align with the project vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial or residential construction selling, estimating and managing projects.
• Proven track record developing new customers and selling projects to both new and existing customers.
• Experience using estimating, scheduling and project management tools like BlueBeam/Autodesk/Procore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop target customers and pursue Marek goals.
• Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Develop insights into customers’ business plans with their clients.
• Influence scope, schedule, and budget during bid development.
• Lead competitive proposals and buyout of materials and subcontractors.
• Engage in pre-job planning with field leadership to resolve issues.
• Ensure profitable projects and on-time bid delivery.
