Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Experience with cost estimating for projects from $1M to $20M+.
• Proficiency with estimating software listed above.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating & preconstruction for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare conceptual to final construction estimates and GMPs.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding and value engineering.
• Support change order pricing and cost analysis.
• Mentor junior estimators and set estimating standards.
