Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of estimating/project management experience in construction.
• Ability to lead a team collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estimating Department and oversee estimating activities.
• Develop relationships with General Contractors, Architects, Owners, and Consultants.
• Review estimates for accuracy and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Marketing, and Risk to support bids.
• Prepare and review budgets, pricing, and bid proposals; communicate risks and opportunities.
