Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil Infrastructure – San Diego, CA – $160,000 – $210,000+

I’m partnering with a well-established, family-owned General Contractor in San Diego with a strong reputation across Southern California’s heavy civil and infrastructure markets. Known for their integrity, craftsmanship, and long-standing relationships, this local player continues to grow through repeat business and trusted partnerships.

As they expand their project portfolio in public works, utilities, and site infrastructure, the company is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team and take a leadership role in developing competitive, accurate bids.

In this position, you’ll manage complex estimates, coordinate takeoffs, interface with clients and subcontractors, and help shape bid strategy—while mentoring junior estimators and collaborating closely with operations leadership.
