Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, architects, and engineers during preconstruction services.
• Develop and manage quantity surveys, estimates, and budgets.
• Prepare progress budgets to monitor installation cost trends.
• Solicit subcontractor input at various stages of design.
• Attend meetings with architects, engineers, and clients.
