Job summary

New Line Structures is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team in New York City. The successful candidate will deliver accurate quantity takeoffs and budgetary estimates for RFPs, particularly focusing on high-rise buildings. With over 7 years of experience in estimating with construction managers or general contractors in the NY Metro area, the candidate should also be familiar with industry pricing standards and high-rise construction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience with a construction manager or general contractor in the NY Metro area.
• Familiarity with high-rise building construction in NYC.
• ASPE/CPE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate quantity takeoffs and budgetary estimates for RFPs.
• Research means and methods for value engineering proposals.
• Maintain organized database of historical pricing.
