Description

• Residential Estimating: Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for luxury residential and high‑rise multifamily projects ($20M+)
• Team Leadership: Support bid preparation, including subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and proposal compilation
• Quality Control: Collaborate closely with senior estimators and project teams to refine pricing strategies and ensure accuracy
• Software: Utilize estimating software (e.g., BuildingConnected, Procore, or equivalent tools) to manage bid processes
• Compliance: Analyze project risks, cost drivers, and value engineering opportunities
• Documentation: Maintain organized cost databases and project documentation

Profile

• 2-6+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally within luxury residential or high‑rise multifamily projects
