Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Senior Estimator to support Panelization/Facades/Roofing. This onsite Coppell, TX role focuses on detailed takeoffs, estimates, and technical responses for bids.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction or similar
Metal commercial roofing experience providing detailed takeoffs, project estimates, and client inquiries
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and work with RFIs/addenda

Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes for estimating, on-screen takeoff, and scope reviews to add value to the sales team and clients
Follow SOPs for project estimating and manufacturing process development
Prepare all aspects of an estimate from drawings, specs, addenda, RFIs, and bid documents
Interpret construction schedules for materials to be installed
Compute overall project costs including field labor and fabrication
Create and maintain a project cost database and documentation for coordination teams
Assist in drafting catalog/design literature for new product launches
Convert AutoCAD documents to PDF, GIF, JPEG, EPS, WMF, and other formats
