Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks a Senior Estimator for detailed material takeoffs, project estimates, and technical details for client inquiries in Coppell, TX. This onsite role supports the Panelization/Facades/Roofing business with a focus on accuracy and value-added services.

Required are 5+ years in commercial construction, metal roofing/standing seam experience, and proficiency in estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Excel).

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction or related field.
• Experience with metal roofing/standing seam estimating.
• Ability to interpret specifications and architectural drawings for bids.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement estimating processes, on-screen takeoff, and scope reviews.
• Prepare all aspects of estimates; interpret addenda, RFIs and related docs.
• Interpret construction schedules for material installation.
• Compute overall project costs including field labor and fabrication.
• Create and maintain a project cost database for coordination.
• Assist in writing/supporting catalog and installation literature.
• Convert AutoCAD documents to PDF and other formats.
