Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) in Coppell, TX seeks a Senior Estimator to provide detailed material takeoffs, project estimates, and technical details for bids, supporting the Panelization/Facades/Roofing business onsite.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, associate or bachelor’s in construction, and proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word. You will convert AutoCAD layouts to deliverables and collaborate with the sales team.

Qualificações

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Commercial Construction preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction or related field.
• Experience with metal roofing and detailed takeoffs for bids.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement estimating processes and on-screen takeoffs.
• Prepare estimates, interpret specs and drawings, and review addenda.
• Compute project costs including field labor and fabrication.
• Maintain project cost databases and support sales team with tech details.
• Convert AutoCAD documents to common file formats.
