Cumar, a respected natural stone company specializing in luxury homes, seeks an experienced Estimator to develop accurate takeoffs and pricing for complex residential projects, including marble and premium materials.

You will read architectural plans, quantify scope, and collaborate with sales, PM, and CAD to ensure smooth handoffs after award. This role emphasizes estimating rather than project management and offers full remote flexibility for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Significant estimating experience in complex, custom construction work.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to build accurate takeoffs and estimates for complex residential projects.
• Independently handle custom scope across a wide range of natural stone applications.
• Use Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Measure Square, or similar tools to quantify scope and support clear, accurate pricing.
• Partner with sales, project management, and the CAD team to clarify details and support smooth project handoff after award.
• Manage estimates for projects with real complexity, high expectations, and substantial value.
