Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Estimator to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on large-scale hyperscale data center projects.

You will lead estimating across multi-building, campus deployments from early budgeting through IFC and final bid, shaping pricing strategy and managing risk. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and project management teams, coordinating vendor and subcontractor pricing and tracking scope changes throughout the bid
