Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Senior Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on hyperscale data center projects. You will lead estimating across multi-building deployments, from early budgeting through IFC and final bid, shaping pricing strategy and risk management.

Responsibilities include detailed proposals, vendor pricing, coordination with sales/ops/PM teams, and tracking changes through the bid process.

Qualifications

• Analyze drawings, specs and client requirements to build accurate budgets.
• Lead estimating efforts across multi-building, campus-scale deployments.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and PM teams; manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals and manage vendor/subcontractor pricing.
• Track scope changes and change orders throughout the bid process.
• Ensure alignment with scope, constructability and client standards.
