Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on hyperscale data center projects, analyzing drawings, specs, and client requirements.

You will lead estimating across multi-building deployments, manage vendor pricing, and collaborate with sales, operations and project management to drive competitive bids and project profitability.

Proficiency with Bluebeam and a deep understanding of data center infrastructure are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating large hyperscale data center projects.
• Deep knowledge of low-voltage fiber and structured cabling.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals and budgets for multi-building deployments.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing and align with scope.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and project management teams.
• Track scope changes and change orders throughout the bid process.
