Qualifications

• 6-8 years of estimating/cost analysis experience; 1-2 years in a managerial role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the preparation and validation of comprehensive cost estimates for complex or high-value projects.
• Directs multidisciplinary teams in review of project docs, risk analysis, and constructability assessments.
• Develops and implements advanced estimating tools, methodologies, and benchmarking processes.
• Advises executive leadership on cost strategies, risk mitigation, and value engineering price efforts.
• Negotiates with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to secure optimal pricing and terms.
• Drives continuous improvement by evaluating estimating performance and capturing lessons learned.
• Mentors team members by sharing expertise and guidance on complex estimating processes.
