The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 10 years of experience in the construction field. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the estimating process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Build relationships to understand client and subcontractor needs.
• Analyze documentation to prepare estimates for projects.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and apply unit pricing.
• Prepare qualifications and assumptions for the estimate.
