Job summary

Invoke Staffing is recruiting for a Construction Estimator in Raleigh, NC. You will develop detailed cost estimates and lead cross-functional estimation reviews to ensure accuracy and timely bid packages for major projects.

You will report directly to the Head of Project Management and work with a skilled team of project managers and engineers using leading estimation software. This role supports growth across retail, industrial, healthcare and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction estimation.
• Estimates within 5% of actual project costs.
• Knowledge of NC construction processes and regulations.
• ProEst, PlanSwift, and related tools proficiency.
• Experience with Autodesk or Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates within 30 days of project initiation.
• Lead bi-weekly estimation review meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Reduce estimation inaccuracies by 15% through market research.
• Collaborate with project management to keep costs within 5% of initial estimates.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages two weeks ahead of deadlines.
