Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimating with a General Contractor.
• Basic understanding of construction administration processes.
• First Aid and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction efforts and lead estimator on bids.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals for cost implications.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors.
