Commercial Contracting Corporation is seeking a seasoned Chief Estimator – Concrete/Civil to lead preconstruction for large-scale heavy industrial, structural concrete, and civil projects from our Auburn Hills headquarters.

You will manage a team of estimators, develop bid strategies, review documentation, and coordinate with operations, project management, and leadership to deliver competitive, accurate project estimates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Experience leading large-scale project pursuits from concept through award.
• Strong knowledge of self-perform work, heavy industrial, and civil scopes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the estimation effort for heavy industrial, structural concrete, and civil projects.
• Develop bid strategy, pricing, and submission documents.
• Manage and mentor estimators within Preconstruction.
• Coordinate with Operations, PM, and Executives.
