Jobot is hiring a Permanent Senior Estimator to join our growing team in Palm Beach County. You will lead the estimating process, develop competitive bids, and manage costs from procurement through project completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction estimation, experience with large projects, and strong collaboration with project managers and stakeholders. Excellent communication and cost-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an estimator in construction with a track record of accurate, competitive estimates.
• Knowledge of cost estimation processes and tools; ability to lead estimation for large projects.
• Experience with project bidding; history of winning bids.
• Strong cost management to keep projects within budget while maintaining quality.
• Experience with procurement in construction and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to develop detailed, realistic project plans and schedules.
• Knowledge of value engineering applications in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction docs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; cross-functional collaboration.
