Qualifications

• Must have a four-year degree or at least three years of relevant experience in Estimating, Purchasing, or Quantity Surveying.
• Must manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the entire bid process including preparation of detailed bid packages.
• Prepare estimates with the proper level of detail for all design stages.
• Solicit proposals based on drawings and bid packages.
