Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Estimator (up to Sr level) to join our construction team in Great Falls, MT. You will analyze blueprints, specs, and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for healthcare and commercial projects, supporting our bid process and financial planning.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 3+ years in estimating, and strong skills in cost control, negotiation, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction estimating.
• Proficient with MS Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Review design options and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors and negotiate price.
• Prepare and present cost reports to keep data accurate and updated.
• Collaborate with project management to keep estimates within budget.
