Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to analyze drawings, specs and RFPs.
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering and construction.
• Excellent bid preparation and bid log maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual estimates, bids and pricing analysis for proposed projects.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs.
• Prepare time, cost and labor estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Develop subcontractor relationships and solicit bids.
• Maintain bid log and subcontractor list with detailed scopes.
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers and project team during bidding process.
