Qualifikationen

• 5–9 years of estimating experience including competitive bid and negotiated work.
• BS/BA in engineering, construction science, architecture or equivalent.
• Familiarity with construction materials, means and methods.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for proposed construction projects.
• Develop clarifications and assumptions with accuracy.
• Identify conflicts or missing data and obtain plan clarifications.
• Develop bid lists and solicit bids from subcontractors/suppliers.
• Attend design meetings to understand scope and requirements.
• Identify cost savings/value engineering when over budget.
• Review RFPs/contracts to identify scope and risk.
• Review proposals from subcontractors/vendors thoroughly.
