Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking an experienced Estimator for its Newark, NJ office to handle complex and large-scale estimates, including conceptual estimates, budgets, GMP and value engineering.

You'll report to the Chief Estimator, supervise the estimating team, and collaborate with clients, designers and subcontractors. A BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management and 8+ years in construction are required, with proficiency in Excel and estimating software.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 8+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and specialized estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Estimate complex and large-scale projects from concept to GMP.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and proposals for time and cost.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and unit price estimates.
• Ensure bid quality and budget accuracy.
