Job summary

Brightcore Energy is seeking a Sr. Estimator to join our team in the Northeast region. The successful candidate will analyze project specifications, prepare detailed estimates, and collaborate with site teams using HeavyBid and Bluebeam.

Strong experience in ground-up site/civil construction and a rigorous estimation approach is essential. The role requires 10+ years in industrial construction, proficiency in HeavyBid, Blue Beam, Excel and Word, and the ability to communicate with vendors,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial construction with self-performed trades.
5+ years of takeoff, pricing, and estimate organization experience.
Experience with ground-up site/civil projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate cost estimates.
Prepare and submit competitive bids for projects.
Collaborate with construction site teams to gather information for estimating.
Utilize HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare detailed estimates.
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
