Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years of industrial construction experience with self-performed trades.
- 5+ years of takeoffs, pricing, and complete estimates.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project specs and drawings to determine accurate cost estimates.
- Estimate costs for construction projects from technical requirements.
- Collaborate with construction site teams to gather information for estimating.
- Prepare detailed estimates using HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Produce bids and proposals for procuring entities.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize costs.
