Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in construction estimating or related field.
• Experience leading large, complex estimates and multi-project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, contracts, and cost history data.
• Proficient with BIM, plan reading, and cost-modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and schedule estimate preparation; lead estimator teams on large projects.
• Prepare bid invites, budgets and ensure pricing coverage with project team.
• Develop cost models and target values to inform budgets; present to leadership.
• Perform cost history analysis and risk reviews to protect margins.
• Coach and mentor junior estimators and oversee risk mitigation planning.
