Mortenson Construction in Denver, Colorado seeks an experienced Senior Estimator who can lead estimating efforts on large, complex projects, coordinate with staff at all levels, and deliver accurate full estimates with professionalism and confidentiality.

You will develop conceptual and detailed estimates, manage subcontractor pricing, mentor a team of estimators, and ensure timely submissions while using ISqFt, ICE/Bid2Win, OST, Bluebeam and Google Earth for cost modeling.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum nine years construction industry experience.
• Six years construction estimating experience.
• LEED AP, DBIA preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Lead estimating efforts on large and complex projects.
• Provide conceptual, detailed, self-perform work estimates and cost models.
• Organize, research, and plan estimate preparation, pricing, scheduling, and submission.
• Determine subcontractors for bidding and final pricing.
• Mentor and manage estimators, including performance evaluations.
