Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Estimator I to lead estimating on large, complex projects and to provide comprehensive cost models. The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate bid packages and timely submissions.

You will mentor a team of estimators, manage multiple projects, and leverage advanced software tools to produce reliable estimates. A strong client-service mindset and professional discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Nine years of construction industry experience and six years in estimating.
• LEED AP or DBIA preferred; strong project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on large and complex projects.
• Provide conceptual and detailed estimates and cost models.
• Plan estimate preparation, pricing, scheduling, and submission.
• Assign work to estimating team and ensure accurate data.
• Mentor estimators and conduct performance evaluations.
